From Western Kentucky (via Bluegrass Parkway) and Bluegrass Airport:
- From the end of the Bluegrass Parkway or from the airport, go east on Versailles Road (U.S. 60) to Mason-Headley Road.
- Right onto Mason-Headley Road.
- Mason-Headley Road becomes Waller Avenue at Harrodsburg Road by the Campbell House Inn.
- Waller Avenue becomes Cooper Drive at Nicholasville Road.
- 600 Cooper Drive is on your right, just past Commonwealth Stadium and just before a tree-lined neighborhood.
From Louisville (via I-64) and Cincinnati (via I-75):
- From I-64/I-75, take Lexington exit 113.
- Right onto Broadway (U.S. 68).
- South on Broadway, through downtown, to Waller Avenue, opposite the Campbell House Inn.
- Left onto Waller Avenue.
- Waller Avenue becomes Cooper Drive at Nicholasville Road.
- 600 Cooper Drive is on your right, just past Commonwealth Stadium and just before a tree-lined neighborhood.
From Eastern Kentucky (via I-64):
- From I-64, take I-75 south.
- Immediately take Lexington exit 110.
- West on U.S. 60 to New Circle Road.
- New Circle Road south to Richmond Road.
- Right onto Richmond Road.
- Left onto Chinoe Road.
- Right onto Cooper Drive.
- 600 Cooper Drive is on your left, the first non-residential building.
From Southeast Kentucky and Knoxville (via I-75):
- Take Lexington exit 104.
- Left onto Richmond Road.
- Left onto Chinoe Road.
- Right onto Cooper Drive.
- 600 Cooper Drive is on your left, the first non-residential building.
