This organization is dedicated to developing new playwrights. - Dramatists' Play Service, Inc.
This agency provides support and opportunities for playwrights by publishing acting editions of their plays and handling the nonprofessional and professional leasing rights to these works. - Playbill
The Playbill site contains information for the theater-lover and playwright alike. Its Sites feature is a searchable database that enables theater professionals to communicate with colleagues round the world. - Theatre Communications Group

Playwrights Horizons, a writer's theater in New York City, is dedicated to creating and producing new American plays and musicals. - The Humana Festival of New American Plays
Actors Theatre of Louisville, sponsor of this annual festival, has produced over 290 Humana Festival plays representing the work of 182 playwrights. The New Play Program also includes a national Ten-Minute Play Contest, started in 1989.
