Bill Keightley

Bill Keightley, affectionately known as “Mr. Wildcat,” has been the equipment manager for the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team since 1962. He served under Adolph Rupp, Joe B. Hall, Eddie Sutton, Rick Pitino, and Tubby Smith. In 1997, he joined long-time broadcaster Cawood Ledford as the only non-players or coaches to have a jersey retired at UK.
