Broccoli Casserole
contributed by Gretchen Nation, Bullitt County

2 (10-oz.) packages of broccoli
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 package shredded cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Put in buttered casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Spread over broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Dot with butter.

Bake for 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Bread crumbs or cracker crumbs can be placed on top if desired.
