Dr. Steve Aaron talks about raising Mammoth Jack donkeys on his farm in Bullitt County. This breed of donkey, the largest in the world, traces its lineage to a pair given to George Washington by the king of Spain and was introduced to Kentucky by Henry Clay. Segment includes a postscript by series host Dave Shuffett in tribute to Aaron, who died in September 2005.
