Lisa and Mitch Estridge and Vicki and Ken Brooks, who bought land along the Kentucky River Palisades from the Nature Conservancy, talk about their participation in TNC’s Conservation Buyer program. By selling land outside the core areas of preserves to buyers who agree to protect it from development, the organization raises funds for purchasing more critical habitats elsewhere.
