(#918) Photographer Chuck Summers/Sculptor Jeff Underwood/Maysville Bridge

The nature photography of Chuck Summers, who shoots primarily in his own back yard—Cumberland Gap National Historic Park; the simple complexity of metal sculptor Jeff Underwood's work, which graces museums and yards alike; and a look at the William Harsha Bridge in Maysville, the first cable-stayed bridge in Kentucky. A 2003 KET production hosted by Dave Shuffett.

Trouble with video in Firefox:

This is a known issue with the Window Media Video format.

Windows Media plugin is no longer maintained in Firefox, causing it to stop working.

Solution: Change the Firefox configuration file.
  1. Open a new tab or window.
In the "Location/URL" bar, type "about:config" and press Enter.
(The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page will appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue to the about:config page.)
  2. In the "about:config" page search bar, enter:
    "plugins.load_appdir_plugins"
  3. Double click the preference name to change the "value" to true.
  4. Close and restart Firefox. The video should now work once you reopen the page.
If not, then the WMV plugin may not be installed.
