With over 4,000 pieces of statuary and concrete ornaments on site, including a large gift shop, The Concrete Lady is not to be missed; two-time Outstanding Teacher in History in Kentucky, Ken Dennis is using a personal connection to the Titanic story to help interest his students in history of the era; a look back at The Columbia Building, demolished in December 1966, was once the tallest building in Louisville; an interview with Steve Wilson, founder of 21c Museum Hotel, selected as the best hotel in the U.S. and sixth worldwide by Conde Nast Traveler; and Hawks View Gallery & Café, its gallery is one of the county's top tourist attractions.
