Bill sits down with Rev. Dr. Nancy Jo Kemper, executive director of Kentucky Council of Churches. Kemper, who will retire in June 2009, discusses the work of the Council and her long career in ministry. In 2001, she was named the Humanitarian of the Year by the local chapter of the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ). A 2009 KET production.
