Michael McCall is the president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, overseeing 16 colleges and 68 campuses serving over 100,000 students. He will discuss how KCTCS is aiding the state with problems of unemployment, low graduation rates, and what President Obama meant when he said, "Community colleges are an undervalued asset in our country."
