Charlene Walker, interim vice president of multicultural affairs at Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and Phyllis Clark, assistant director of admissions for diversity recuitment at the University of Louisville, talk about the importance of exposing kids to higher education at an early age, how to find scholarships and get financial assistance, and other resources that can help students prepare academically and socially for the college experience.
