Moonlite Bar-B-Q

A visit to the Moonlite Bar-B-Q Inn, which has been serving up the Western Kentucky specialty of barbecued mutton, along with a variety of other meats slow-cooked over hickory-fired pits, since 1963. Known for its bountiful buffet, the Moonlite is one of the best-known barbecue restaurants in Owensboro, self-proclaimed “Barbecue Capital of the World.”
