Bad Branch State Nature Preserve

Kyle Napier of the Kentucky State Nature Preserves Commission serves as guide for a hike into the Bad Branch preserve in Letcher County. Located on the south slopes of Pine Mountain, this rugged preserve is home to High Rock, a spectacular gorge and waterfall, and Kentucky’s only known nesting pair of common ravens.
