A look at the raising and training of American Saddlebred horses, a breed developed in Kentucky in the early 19th century, in Shelby County. Stops include Undulata Farm near Simpsonville, where owner Edward “Hoppy” Bennett breeds, raises, and shows saddlebreds, and the 2003 edition of the annual Shelbyville Horse Show.
