A look at Fit 4 Me, a program where female athletes from the University of Louisville work with middle school girls to improve their health and fitness. Interviewed are Heather Moss of Olmstead Academy South, an all-girl middle school; Nicole Dean, site coordinator; Sha Lori Moore of the U of L rowing team; and Deb Moessner, president of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The Fit 4 Me program is managed by Louisville’s Women 4 Women organization and sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Trouble with video in Firefox:

This is a known issue with the Window Media Video format.

Windows Media plugin is no longer maintained in Firefox, causing it to stop working.

Solution: Change the Firefox configuration file.
  1. Open a new tab or window.
    In the "Location/URL" bar, type "about:config" and press Enter.
    (The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page will appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise!, to continue to the about:config page.)
  2. In the "about:config" page search bar, enter:
    "plugins.load_appdir_plugins"
  3. Double click the preference name to change the "value" to true.
  4. Close and restart Firefox. The video should now work once you reopen the page.
    If not, then the WMV plugin may not be installed.
