David Karem, executive director of the Waterfront Development Corp., talks about Louisville’s Waterfront Park on the Ohio River, scheduled for completion in 2011. He talks about the park’s economic impact on the city, its popularity as a gathering spot, and the surprising popularity of the children’s playground.
