Victorian Mansions of Henderson

(#409) from Kentucky Life Program 409 (1997)

A peek inside some of the many well-preserved Victorian-era houses in Henderson. Because it is built on bluffs high above the water, Henderson was the only city along the Ohio River to be spared major destruction during the devastating flood of 1937 and therefore has a remarkably intact historic district.
