At Trail of Tears Commemorative Park near Hopkinsville, host Byron Crawford takes a look back at Kentucky’s part in the infamous forced removal of the Cherokee tribe from its eastern homeland. Dances and other scenes from an intertribal powwow at the park celebrate today’s Native American cultures.
