Linda Harris, CEO of the Belle of Louisville, talks about the history of the 1929 vessel and its role in protecting lives and cargo. Chuck Parrish, historian with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Rick Bell, executive director of the U.S. Marine Hospital, describe life on the vessel and and its role in rendering aid during the 1937 Ohio River flood.
