Yolantha Harrison-Pace, a performing arts specialist and dance poet, has been creating and facilitating programming for elementary, middle school, and high school students for 30 years. She has performed, run workshops, and designed performing arts programs throughout the United States, most recently in Oregon, Indiana, and Texas. She now lives in Kentucky.

Since her arrival in Danville, Yolantha has designed and facilitated academic programs in dance and other performing arts with the elementary, middle, and high schools in the Danville/Boyle County region; performed at Centre College, Union College, and Eastern Kentucky University; and initiated and taught a KIDS C.A.N. (Change America Now) after-school performing and creative arts project with the Housing Authority of Danville through a drug and gang alternative grant. She also started a praise dance program with Christ the Head Missionary Church and has worked with the Danville Heritage Festival, Arts for Kids Etc., Safe Connections YWCA, and Summer STARS Program and done extensive dance programming with the Kentucky School for the Deaf.

Yolantha conducts storytelling and poetry writing workshops in addition to facilitating and performing for two programs on domestic abuse and violence in the school system: SPEAK (Stop! Please End Abuse to Kids) and VOICE (Voices of Influence Creating Encouragement).
