Feature Story: Nearly 25 years after the premiere of the original, a new KentuckyShow! debuts in Louisville. KentuckyShow! is a 30 minute, high-definition journey focusing on Kentucky history, its people and pride. The story, kicking off Louisville Life's third season, looks at the people behind the production.
Guest: KentuckyShow! can be seen at a dedicated theater inside The Kentucky Center, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2008. President Stephen Klein joins us on-set to discuss the center's past, present, and future.
Around Town: Renowned artist Julius Freidman can spot the smallest detail and turn it into an amazing work of art. Get a peak inside a new exhibit highlighting Friedman’s photographic eye and learn about his ties to KentuckyShow! Plus, we visit a quirky little shop on Bardstown Road that exemplifies WHY Louisville is so unique.
Etc.: Kentucky Educational Television (KET) marks a milestone. Join our celebration of 40 years in the Commonwealth with a walk down memory lane.
