As a performer, she has garnered a wealth of experience singing both new and classic roles with such companies as the North Carolina Opera, Aspen Music Festival, Light Opera of Manhattan, and Metropolitan Opera.

Alicia received her training at Indiana University and New York University and has also studied at Juilliard and the Manhattan School of Music.
