In Performance at the Governor's Mansion
A showcase of Kentucky’s best and brightest performers, featuring music, dance, dramatic readings, poetry, and more.
Hog Operation and the Bluegrass Cloggers

Louisville-based Hog Operation is a four-person ensemble known for high-energy performances of American roots music, including bluegrass, blues, Celtic, country, and rock. Members Steve Cooley (banjo), John Hawkins (guitar), Larry Raley (bass), and Mike Schroeder (mandolin) use traditional instruments to accompany their smooth harmony vocals. For In Performance, they accompanied four champion cloggers—Stacy McWethy, Trevor DeWitt, Cristy Corwin, and Zach Davis—of the Bluegrass Cloggers.

On the Road to The Kentucky Center
Stellar performances by some of Kentucky’s best performing artists—the Imani Dance and Drum Company, Hog Operation with the Kentucky Cloggers, cellist Michael Fitzpatrick with the Gordon Dance Project, the American Spiritual Ensemble, and the Kentucky Jazz Connection—celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Governor’s Awards in the Arts.
