Sarah Fritschner, Food Expert
Nationally known for her fast and healthful approach to family cooking, Sarah Fritschner has served as food editor at the Washington Post and the Louisville Courier-Journal. She left the C-J in the fall of 2007 after 24 years but continues to write in support of good food from local sources.
Sarah is the author of the Express Lane cookbook series, Sarah Fritschnerís Derby Start to Finish, and Sarah Fritschnerís Holidays. Her work also has appeared in Cookís Illustrated, Gourmet, and Food & Wine. She is a frequent guest on regional food and cooking television shows and a popular speaker and teacher of culinary techniques.
Sarah lives in Louisville with her husband and two children.
