Lynnie Meyer, Norton Healthcare and Children's Hospital Foundation
Lynnie Meyer, RN MSN, is chief development officer of Norton Healthcare and executive director of Children's Hospital Foundation (which benefits Kosair Children's Hospital).
In her role, Meyer leads fundraising efforts for both the Children's Hospital Foundation and the Norton Healthcare Foundation, coordinates the activities of the two governing boards, and works with the entire Norton Healthcare leadership team to support the fund-raising staff and projects for Norton's four adult hospitals, Kosair Children's Hospital, its service lines and other areas.
Before joining Norton Healthcare, Lynnie Meyer served as president and CEO of the Center for Women and Families in Louisville. She also has a long history of involvement in leadership positions with Louisville civic organizations, including, among many others: the American Red Cross, Metro United Way, Archdiocese of Louisville, Bellarmine University, Governor's Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, Metro Housing Authority, Home of the Innocents, Metro Louisville Search Committee for Chief of Police, and Louisville Theatrical Association.
Lynnie Meyer lives in Louisville with her two sons.
