Leslie K. Broecker, Kentucky Derby Festival
Broecker was first elected to the Derby Festival Board in 2004 and has been a member of the KDF Executive Board since 2005. She has served on the Festival's event committee for Kroger's Fest-a-Ville on the Waterfront, Chow Wagon, U.S. Bank Great BalloonFest and They're Off! Luncheon, among others. Michael E. Berry continues as President and CEO of the Festival.
The Kentucky Derby Festival, Inc., is a private, not-for-profit corporation served by a professional staff of 21 and governed by a 75-volunteer board. The Festival’s 70 events entertain more than 1.5 million people annually and generate an estimated impact of $93 million for the local economy.
