Waverly Hills

Once a hospital for tuberculosis patients, Waverly Hills, located in southwestern Louisville, has been popularized on television as being one of the "most haunted" hospitals in the eastern United States.

Opened in 1910, Waverly Hills served as a tuberculosis sanatorium until 1961 ... but the stories of what happened behind its walls (and what some claim still happens) continue to live on.

Historical tours of Waverly Hills as well as "ghost hunt" tours are offered.

In this segment, we meet owners Charlie and Tina Mattingly, learn more about the property's history and plans for its future.
