Louisville Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS)

With the release of the updated musical "Fame" and the TV show "Glee", new interest has sparked in Louisville’s “Fame” school — the Youth Performing Arts School (YPAS), which was founded in 1978.
"Louisville Life" looks at this institution and how it educates students while simultaneously preparing them for a professional life in the arts. We also share memories of some noted YPAS alums, including lead “Pussycat Doll”, Nicole Scherzinger.
