Beau Haddock, Singer/Songwriter
Throughout his career, singer/songwriter Beau Haddock has enjoyed experimenting with his music, combining diverse elements and influences. Most recently, Beau has written the first movement of an Ecuadorian ballet composition (being submitted as part of a grant to the National Endowment for the Arts) while at the same time writing and recording songs in Celtic form for his next CD project, which celebrates his Scotch-Irish roots. Beau Haddock has spent the past year writing, producing, and performing here in Kentucky and across America. His acoustic guitar and harmonica performances have been heard in 39 states and broadcast by 170 radio stations. Beau's songs have even reached one corner of Siberia, via a radio station in Alaska. During his career, Beau has written under people such as Tom Paxton and performed with artists ranging from the alternative Suzanne Vega to the
more traditional John Hartford. Beau Haddock has appeared recently in solo performance and duo/trio work with local artists in Kentucky, where his audiences have enjoyed his true voicing of simple acoustic presentation.
