caviarFor proof that food can truly be an art form, you need look no farther than Louisville’s Seelbach Hotel, where Chef Mike Cunha turns out daily masterpieces for The Oakroom. His creations are one reason the restaurant has won several awards and is listed as a five-diamond choice by AAA travel guides.

Chef Mike recently opened his kitchen to the Mixed Media camera as he and his team displayed their talents by creating an entire meal. On the menu: spoonfish caviar, pickled shrimp, rabbit relittes, port blackberry vinaigrette, sea bass with crab cake, and a preserved lemon and saffron burre blanc.
