Bluegrass in the Schools
Samuel and Sandra Glazebrook, full-time volunteers at the International Bluegrass Music Museum in Owensboro, visited Mixed Media to talk about the museums Bluegrass in the Schools program. This educational outreach effort provides 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders with a set of bluegrass instruments (fiddle, banjo, mandolin, and guitar) and organizes workshops and concerts by local and national musicians.
