Aardvark Woodworks

Aardvark Woodworks

The Kentucky Craft Marketing Program helps businesses like Aardvark Woodworks grow. Charles and Norma Perdue of Beattyville began making children’s wooden toy chests, painted or left natural, as a hobby after retirement. But word started to get around, and the KCMP gave them a big boost toward turning their pastime into a successful business by including them in a group of crafters selected to exhibit at the New York International Craft Show.
