  1. Family Safety Check—focuses on a 10-point family safety check. Panelists, including a pediatric trauma specialist and a coordinator from Kentucky Safe Kids, explain why most injuries to children in the home and automobile are preventable.
  2. Monitoring Development—helps parents and caregivers recognize the symptoms of developmental delays or disabilities in children. Panelists include a developmental pediatrician and a representative from First Steps.
  3. Asthma—looks at this chronic illness and the stress it can create in the family. Health professionals share medical and common-sense information on diagnosing, treating, and coping with this chronic and increasingly prevalent lung disease.
