Registration Form
Kentucky child care providers may register to receive credit toward state licensing requirements for viewing KET child development programs. Registration fees are listed on the order form (pages 7 and 8) in our newsletter. To register, download the newsletter below, print out the appropriate form and fill it out, then return it to KET with your check or credit card information.

After we receive your registration form, we will send you the coursework for the programs/series you have selected. Watch the program(s), then complete the coursework and return it to KET to receive your credit certificate.
