Registration Form
Kentucky child care providers may register to receive credit toward state licensing requirements for viewing KET child development programs. Registration fees are listed on the order form below. To register, fill out the form and return it to KET with your check or credit card information.

The form also includes a video order section where you may request copies of past KET-produced training programs that are offered for credit. In order to register to receive credit for viewing any of these programs, you must have a tape or DVD copy of the program.
After we receive your registration form, we will send you the coursework for the programs/series you have selected. Watch the program(s), then complete the coursework and return it to KET to receive your credit certificate.
