Video Ordering Information
Kentucky child care providers may order KET-produced child care training programs on DVD or videotape and register to receive credit toward state licensing requirements by viewing those programs. Fill out all the forms (pages 7 and 8) and return them to KET with your check or credit card information. You may register to receive credit for viewing these programs on the training order form. If you already have copies of the programs, use this section to register new staff members to receive credit for them.
