Video/DVD Ordering Information
Kentucky child care providers may order KET-produced child care training programs on videotape or DVD and register to receive credit toward state licensing requirements by viewing those programs. Titles and prices are listed on the order form below. Fill out the form and return it to KET with your check or credit card information.

The form also includes a section where you may register to receive credit for viewing these programs. If you already have copies of the programs, use this section to register new staff members to receive credit for them. Registration fees are listed on the form.
Videos and registration materials are shipped separately. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of videotapes.
