Taking the Lead

Examines the changing, challenging world of management, presenting an overview of the leadership qualities needed for success in today's economy. The course covers major functions of management-planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling, and explores such topics as Total Quality Management (TQM), cultural diversity, social responsiveness, and ethics, and multinational markets.
