Reginald Meeks, Kentucky Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials

Reginald Meeks, a Democrat, is a state representative from Louisville. He is director of external programs at the University of Louisville College of Arts and Sciences. He has served in the House since 2001. He earned his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and is a founding member of the Kentucky Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials.
