Charlene Walker, Bluegrass Community and Technical College

Charlene Walker serves as vice president of multicultural affairs at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington. She has a master’s degree in counseling and a bachelor’s in social work from Eastern Kentucky University. She completed post-graduate work in women’s studies and Appalachian studies at the University of Kentucky.
