Muhammad Ali Center (#105)

Renee talks with several people close to Muhammad Ali: his wife, Lonnie; Angelo Dundee, his first trainer; and Howard Bingham, a close friend and the honorary curator of photography at the Muhammad Ali Center.

The program also includes a tour of the center itself, a riverfront facility that is part museum and part conference and event center, dedicated to sharing Ali’s legacy and ideals and inspiring children and adults to pursue greatness. The highlights from the dedication ceremony include a performance and interview with Kentucky hip-hop group Nappy Roots.

Renee also talks with visitors from around the world about Ali’s impact on their own lives.
