Ed Hamilton, sculptor (#209)
In this program, sculptor Ed Hamilton talks about a recent commission to create a new work for Louisville: a bronze sculpture of Abraham Lincoln that will stand in Waterfront Park. It is to be dedicated in conjunction with the bicentennial of Lincoln’s birth in 1809. He also talks about his other sculptures, which include several tributes to both local and national African-American heroes.
