Kentucky Children’s Health Insurance Program (#406)
Recent changes to the Kentucky Children’s Health Insurance Program, also known as KCHIP, made it easier for over 60,000 eligible families to enroll. Discussing why these changes were made and the work that remains to be done for the state’s children are Janie Miller, secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; Sherrie Stefan, manager of clinical resource management at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville; and Stephanie Barnett of CLOUT (Citizens of Louisville United Together).
