Lexington East End Revitalization (#521)
The city of Lexington's East End Small Area Plan details development plans for the area. The city opened an extension of Shropshire Avenue in December 2009, providing new access to the east end.
Program guests are David Cozart of the Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County; Thomas Tolliver, a resident of Lexington's east end; Maryjean Wall, a sports journalist; and Councilwoman Andrea James, the 1st District representative for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council.
