Guests are two physicians, Dr. Tamea Evans of the Lexington Diabetic Center and Wound Healing Center and Dr. Jai Gilliam, internal medicine specialist and pediatrician at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington; Kenyetta Pinkston, a health educator with the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department; and Master Tung Dinh, a sixth-degree black belt in Taekwondo and fitness trainer in Murray.
