Cathy Holloway Hill is founder and CEO of C. Holloway Hill Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in professional development services. She also hosts an Internet radio program, Living By Design. Prior to starting her own business, she worked at IBM and Brown-Forman Corp. She holds a degree in computer science from Bellarmine University in Louisville.
