Racial Challenges at UK (#627)
Signs using a racial epithet to insult President Obama were found recently on and near the UK campus. Judy "J.J." Jackson of the UK Office of Institutional Diversity discusses how those kinds of incidents affect the students and how the university responds. She also discusses racism on college campuses, Kentucky's particular racial makeup and culture, and UK's progress on recruiting more minority students and faculty.
