Tim W. Thomas, Crime Stoppers (#629)
Tim W. Thomas of the Kentucky State Crime Stoppers Association explains how the program is funded, its work with Homeland Security, the kinds of crimes reported, and recent trends.
Thomas, who also represents the 1st Supreme Court District for the Kentucky Human Rights Commission, talks about the commission's work and the new effort to prevent discrimination based on sexual orientation.
Thomas is also the host of the TV program Focus on Hopkins County, president of the Hopkins County United Way, and chair of the Hopkins County Joint Planning Commission.
