KET ED, our digital education service for Kentucky schools, offers a wide range of instructional series, programs, professional development seminars, and web resources in all content areas. You’ll find full descriptions of these resources – plus links to related classroom materials, connections to Kentucky Academic Expectations, and block feed schedules – in our searchable KET ED Instructional Resources online catalog.

Now you can access these resources in a variety of ways:
- KET ED On Demand - Kentucky public schools can access streaming video of most of KET’s instructional series and other resources via the KET ED Instructional Resources online catalog. You can search the catalog by grade level, curriculum area, or keyword. Currently most resources available through KET ED On Demand are available only to users accessing the service from a public school IP (Internet Protocol) address, although KET-produced resources are available to all. For now, this is a streaming service only. Also, KET will be adding series to this service over the next couple of months, so if the series you need is not available, check back in a week or so or request the series by e-mailing . - KET ED Block Feeds - Early-morning broadcasts of KET ED instructional series are now available on KET KY, the Kentucky Channel. KET ED block feeds air from 1:00 am/12:00 midnight CT - 5:00/4:00 am CT, Monday through Friday. Set your digital receiver to channel 3 to receive overnight block feed programming. Check the monthly KET ED Block Feed Calendar for the schedule. The calendar is available as a downloadable PDF on the KET Education web site. Call 1-800-432-9167 or e-mail to make requests.
- KET ED “Podboxx” - As a convenient alternative, schools may purchase video podcast players—called “Podboxxes”—that are pre-loaded with programs from the KET block feeds. For help or for more information on “Podboxxes,” call 1-800-432-0951, ext. 7263 or e-mail .
- Shop KET - DVDs of most KET instructional series, as well as Arts Toolkits and other resources, may be purchased via KET’s duplication service. Call 1-800-432-9167 or e-mail .
- KET Daytime Opportunities - Some KET instructional series and PBS educational programs also air on KET, KET2, or KET KY during the day time. For example, News Quiz airs live on Thursdays at 2:00/1:00 pm CT on KET and repeats Fridays at on KET KY at 2:00/1:00 pm CT. The KET ED Block Feed Calendar highlights day time programming of special interest to schools.
