KET ED: Instructional Television for Kentucky Schools

KET ED, our digital broadcast channel for Kentucky schools, offers more than 200 instructional series and programs, plus professional development seminars from Annenberg and KET. Topics range from language arts to science to arts and humanities to practical living skills. KET ED is available statewide via KET’s network of 15 digital transmitters, making it readily accessible to parochial and home schools as well as public schools throughout Kentucky. The service is also available in some areas through local cable television providers.

KET ED combines programs previously broadcast on KET3 and KET4 and is located on channel 4 of KET’s digital broadcast service. For more information or help in receiving KET ED, call or e-mail , (800) 432-0951, ext. 7173.

A digital broadcast receiver also allows schools to access KET’s two 24-hour home channels featuring PBS and Kentucky-produced programs, KET1 and KET2; KETKY, the Kentucky Channel, with 20 hours of daily programming about Kentucky people, places, and issues; and datacasting services.
