LG Electronics DR787T Digital Broadcast Receiver/DVD Recorder-Player. This DVD recorder’s built-in ATSC digital broadcast receiver has been found to be good for the reception of KET and other digital television broadcasts for schools. The built-in DVD recorder also provides for the recording of television programs for playback, and the digital camcorder input can be used to record video projects and news programs to DVD for playback over school A/V distribution systems. Features ATSC/NTSC/QAM clear tuner, multi-format recording, USB Media Host, 1080i upconversion via HDMI output, digital cable/satellite box controller, digital camcorder input (1394), and LG SimpLink. Supports a wide variety of entertainment formats: MP3, WMA, JPEG, DVD audio, and dual-disc. The LG DR787T replaces the discontinued Pro Brand HD3150 Plus receiver as the recommended digital broadcast receiver for Kentucky schools. |
