Release Of The Luminaries For Lights On After School Program Oct. 20th 2011

A short video filmed by one of our students. It features the release of over 50 Luminaries, these are made of paper and have a fire burning inside. The fire causes the hot air inside the paper bag to expand the balloon rises. Very beautiful to watch at night. Notes
