The Governors Education Summit was held July 30, 2002 at the Kentucky History Center in Frankfort. Sponsored by the office of Kentucky Governor Paul Patton, the summit brought together educators and administrators from across the state to reflect on the past history of elementary/secondary education reform in Kentucky, to be updated on the current status, and to share information on the challenges ahead.
